Shower and storage facilities fro runners will be provided at Hornsey YMCA Fitness Centre, a short walk from the start and finish area.

Hot and cold drinks for all runners will be on hand after each race. Our event sponsor, Thornton's Budgens of Crouch End, will be providing bananas and water to all adult finishers, and every runner will receive a doughnut from Dunns of Crouch End, now a race tradition.

Spectators will be able to buy hot and cold drinks and food from Fun Yum café in Priory Park, and 10% of the day's takings are donated to the benefiting charities.
