The fully air conditioned Fitness Centre is for adult men and women and is a friendly and informal place to work out.

We have affordable rates for members and non-members which gives you access to two studios with over 70 adult classes including swiss ball, yoga, pilates, circuit training, spinning with static bikes and aerobics. All classes Fitness Centre are taught by qualified instructors and are suitable for men and women.
