North London YMCA Fun Run Event 2014
This year's Fun Run and Festival date is now set for Sunday 18th May 2014. The venue will be Priory Park, London N8. This is one of the largest and most popular community events in North London raising funds for young people and families, with over 2,500 adults and children competing in the 10 races. Supported Lodgings Scheme - Can you help?
A new initiative seeks families, couples or single people ‘Hosts’ (in Haringey and surrounding boroughs) with a spare room who could provide accommodation and support to a young person for approximately 3 months. Hosts will receive training, on-going support and payment. There are approximately 113 known Supported Lodgings Schemes across England achieving numerous successes for those young people involved such as supporting them to: stay on in education, employment and training, and gain important life-skills. To find out more about how you can help, click on:

New Therapists at Fitness Centre
Additions to the Fitness team are now providing Sports/Deep Tissue and Holistic Massage and Skin Therapy. Click on the link to find out more.New Therapists
New Spaces for Hire and Youth Fitness
A therapy room and two studio spaces are now available for hire at the Fitness Centre. New sessions have been introduced for Youth Fitness for 13 - 15 year-olds who can use the gym in supervised conditions. For details click the link below:Find out more
